Terms of service.

By accessing and using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Marcinko Studio provides software development services including, but not limited to:

• Custom web application development
• E-commerce platforms
• Admin dashboards
• UI/UX design and implementation
• Automation and DevOps
• Consultation and technical support

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete requirements
• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to systems
• Make payments per agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use services in compliance with applicable law

Standard schedule: 50% upfront to begin work, 50% on completion. Additional work is billed separately. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur a service charge and work may be paused on overdue accounts.

On full payment, you own all custom code and designs created for your project. Note that:

• Third-party libraries remain under their own licences
• We retain general knowledge and techniques
• We may showcase your project in our portfolio (unless agreed otherwise)
• Source code is provided on completion

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Services are provided “as is” without warranties
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• We are not liable for third-party service failures

Timelines are estimates based on initial requirements. Scope changes require written approval, are quoted separately, and may affect the timeline. Client delays may extend delivery.

We keep client information confidential, do not disclose project details to third parties, use information only for the project, and return or destroy confidential materials on request.

Either party may terminate with written notice. You may terminate at any time with 7 days notice; we may terminate for non-payment or breach. Completed work is billed proportionally. Confidentiality survives termination.

We may modify these terms; changes are posted here with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
